Best friends and worst enemy

Blå Planeten

While mum was in Stockholm the boys visited the Blå Planeten with granddad and grandma. Holding a crab and looing at sharks and stingrays....

Super Saturday 2013

Hard core training! Adrenaline as high as it can be! And super sore muscles!! = Les Mills Super Saturday in Stockholm!
For the first time ever Les Mills did their filming of new releases outside New Zealand. And they choose Sweden, so we just had to be there.  With 3000 participants and in the middle of the massive Globen Area in Stockholm doing BodyCombat, GRIT, CXworx or BodyPump I dot goose bum several times. I can’t remember last time my body was this physically tired at the same time as my inspiration and motivation is higher than ever. Great feeling!
And with 5 other girls from the gym, we had a socially very nice weekend as well.

Greatest breakfast

Greatest breakfast at Persson's place. Better than a hotel buffet and we sat for hours and just enjoyed the food, the company and to just relaxed as much as we could.
And Kevin did his training with the dogs as he loves doing. And looking at the pictures it seems as if he has very good attention and control. Agility champion in the future maybe?!

Last dip in the ocean

Went with Oliver and Kevin to Kevin's scout meeting in Barsebäck where we all had a fantastic morning as the weather was very nice. All kids swam and had a great time. And I can't say that I has a bad morning either.
Afternoon with granddad meant taking down part of our house so that the new roof can be installed.
A spontaneous BBQ with great family Jakobsson made this wonderful Saturday a very good day overall! Thank God for the sun, helpful family members and fantastic hungry friends! ;o)
