Disco fever Sh'Combat 90 min

Friday night and Disco theme at the gym I'm an instructor at. Tonight me and a colleague presented Sh'Bam and Combat as combo with glitter, leg warmers and discoball! I'd promised to give Sh'Bam a chance even if danceclass is nothing I ever prefer spending my time doing if at the gym. And true enough, I'm convince I'm doing a good priority of my time when at the gym. Danceclass gives me nothing at all of value. Not even one sore little muscle or cardio training.
No, combat or similar is my cup of tea!!!!
But a fun disco-night at one of the best gyms!

While Kevins was at a friends birthday party at the fun house Busfabriken Oliver and I had a ball until we had no energy left!!

Friday

Best possible Friday is to be invited for dinner and not have to care about dinner ourselves. This week have been extra hectic due to new job and Daniel is now working in a project which is far away from home so takes much longer to get to and from work which makes every afternoon with dinner and activities even more hectic than it already is. So tonight's dinner at grandma and Klasens place was very appreciated! Thanks!!

Smoothies for breakfast

This is what is prepared every night at family Berg. 5 bottles with smoothies.
Three for kids and mum for breakfast with berries, preferably Raspberry from the garden or worst case frozen strawberries or raspberries from the shop, banana, oat milk and raw cacao powder.
The two bright green is for mum and dad at work when other colleagues eat a cake or have nothing at all so that the blood sugar drops. Banana, juice from freshly squeezed oranges and limes, spinach (preferably from our own garden), avocado, ginger and mint leaves (also from the garden).

Jaw surgery

During anaesthetic and through two small holes by my ear they fixed my jaw today!! Except that I reacted strong on the morphine I got, everything went very well and my jaw is now back to normal and I should be able to open my mouth more than 3cm and chew without pain within 3-6 month. Can't wait!!

Helsingborg Marathon

My first (and only) Marathon completed together with Vivvi!! Helsingborg Marathon offered a very well arranged Marathon in extremely nice surroundings. But the pain you get after 30km is really not fun and I'm not sure where I got the energy to complete this race, but I crossed the finished line and are proud to have completed a Marathon, but it will for sure never happen again!
For the moment there's a break between Vivvi and myself in looking for new challenges. Because we both talked about another long distance running race. But I trust we both feel that long distance running at the moment seem very far away.

Goodbye Pergo - Hello BE Group

Always sad to say goodbye. But the challenge in my new job with BE Group will be very interesting and I'm very ready for something new that I can develop more in.
My time with Pergo have had ups and downs and I will miss many of the people and will for ever look back at Pergo as something that gave my carreer allot a some new great friends forever.
Now a new chapture in my life has started!!

Toys for boys

Today the boys for a chance to go with mum's uncle's truck big as our whole house! You can just imagine that they were in heaven for a moment.

Fighter?

Went to wake Oliver this morning and found a little fighter. Went to see the doctor who could only recommend to keep it clean with warm water. It could be anything but as long as the eye looked so healthy there's not much to do.

Noisy earlybird

Our roosters got a little to noisy way to early in the mornings so we had to do what we've prepared the kids for for quite some time - prepare them for dinner!! Daniel and his colleague Adam who's a hunter spent Monday evening getting very bloody. Daniel didn't have very much appetite for dinner! But we now have a rooster-dinner scheduled!
