Assemble my swing

On Sunday my godfather, Lena and Malte spent the day in my garden assembling the huge swing I got as birthday present from them. It didn't impress me from the start. But the result was awesome!! More pictures to come..

Birthday party!

Today we had a big party with family and friends. We enjoyed a lovely bbq and I got lots of very nice presents. Thank you all!!

2 years old

It's the waffle-day in Sweden and it's my birthday!!! Guess what I'll be eating tonight for dinner!! Oh yes, you're right! Meatballs with potatoes! NOOOO, waffles! Loads of them!! :o)
On Saturday I've invited my family and friends to celebrate my 2nd birthday, so the big celebration will have to wait another couple of days.

Taking advantage of the weather

This time of the year the weather is really strange. On Thursday we had snowstorm and I was driving to work in -6 degree’s and snow everywhere. It just wouldn’t stop snowing that day. Friday was just boring, and then on Saturday we woke up to a wonderful Spring-day w 8 degree’s. I couldn’t help myself but dragging the whole family out in the forest. We invited a couple of good friends as well. I made warm chocolate, brought cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit. Anything to that would draw them to join us in the forest! And sure they did! Kevin’s best friend Alma and her mum and Kevin’s Godfather w wife and dog joined us and we had a really good time. Screw fancy toys when you have a forest just around the corner!! ;o)

Friday the 13th

I'm always a bit nervous when it's Friday the 13th. But I stopped being nervous when I got home and this was waiting for me on the kitchen table! And there were three of them!!! My husband knows exactly how to spoil me. And I'm loving it!!
Then two good friends of ours came by. We ate typical Swedish meatballs w potatoes and lingo berries and brown sauce. Then we shared a bottle of a wonderful read wine. This one I can strongly recommend to all of you!
