Fuck cancer

As most people that knows us well and who care enough to ask how we're doing knows that my dad is fighting lung cancer at the moment. He had his right lung removed a couple of weeks ago and recovered amazingly well. Cancer cells have been found in lymph nodes and pleura tissues so he still have a big battle to fight. But the lung surgery wasn't the worst. It was the chemotherapy that made him fall deep. I've spent some time with him trying to learn more about this terrible diseases, what stadium his cancer is at and what can be done. But when the feeling of dying is so strong it isn't easy to find energy and motivation to go through some treatment that you know most likely will make you even weaker. But the two of us built a strong team, booked a meeting with his doctor, got all our questions answered and have not got another type of chemotherapy which dad, to my relief, is dedicated to give a try. So coming 4-5 weeks is very crucial. Crossing my fingers that my superman-dad fight this fucking cancer!
Today we finally found time for everyone to meet and have a wonderful dinner together.
