Smoothies for breakfast

This is what is prepared every night at family Berg. 5 bottles with smoothies.
Three for kids and mum for breakfast with berries, preferably Raspberry from the garden or worst case frozen strawberries or raspberries from the shop, banana, oat milk and raw cacao powder.
The two bright green is for mum and dad at work when other colleagues eat a cake or have nothing at all so that the blood sugar drops. Banana, juice from freshly squeezed oranges and limes, spinach (preferably from our own garden), avocado, ginger and mint leaves (also from the garden).
