Friend visiting from north
Speed challenge at SydAlpin's adventure park with Linda, Anders and Tove. Got one of the sunniest days so far this year which also help this little trip to be a veeery enjoyable one.

Raw food workshop
Raw food workshop with my friend Ullis was a very inspiring evening. With only raw food the chef made us a selection of summer- & picnic-food! So good!

Family get-together
Daniel away on a weekend fishing with mates from work so me and the kids made sure to get some quality time.
After planting some seeds in our used egg shells I'm now hoping to harvest some ruccola, basil, chili, pepper and spinach within weeks.
Then I met up with eight other families in Järavallen forest for play, bbq and just some socialisation in this first wonderful sunny and warm evening.
I so appreciate being outdoor! Everything all of a sudden seem so simple. Kids are happy and very creative (without I pads!) Dinner is quickly fixed. No setting the table or doing dishes. All everything tastes much better!
And when you get to spend it with so many other families it's even better.

Amarone
Today it was time to live up to the x-mas gift Klasen got from us; a bottle of Amarone wine in combo with a Pernilla-made dinner.
Starter: My own semi dried tomatoes with Parma ham and parmesan.
Main: Angus steak with sweatpotatoes strips and three dips; bearnaise-, redwine- and bbq.
Dessert: ice-cream and raspberries.
I love to spend time in the kitchen preparing nice dinner when I get to do it without stress and interruptions from kids and husband. So you understand that I hardly ever get to do this. But time will come!

And notice the painting my mum did to Daniel's last birthday that now are decorating the wall in out livingroom!

Easter 2016

We spent this Easter with fantastic friends in Gällivare, North of Sweden. I've been in contact on and of with a previous gym colleague of mine who moved back up north some years ago. She bragged about how nice the landscape was around Easter and I threatened that I would take my family with me and come and visit en experience it myself. She said; Your welcome!! We took her words seriously and booked the flights month prior to Easter and packed our bags and went up without knowing exactly what to expect more then that we'll be staying with Linda and her boyfriend Anders who we haven't met yet.
It turned out to be one of the best Easters ever!!! We've never spent time together with Linda and Anders, but wow what amazing people!! Same interests and same preferences in life as us. So, with some luck with weather and curious moose's & reindeer's, fishing competition, snow scooter safari's, dogsledding, wrestling practice and the famous ice-hotel, we had the time of our lives!!!
That snow scooters were such powerful toys didn't make it any worse for a family loving speed!!
Ice hotel gave the most spectacular weather and coolest experience sleeping in -5 degree's!!
Can't thank Linda and Anders enough for everything they served us with during our holiday. We simply love your company and you as our friends!! Can't wait to have to visiting us in Skåne in a couple of week.

4 mars
Mum's X-mas gift was a bottle of champagne including dinner. Today was the day to spoil my mum and Klasen.
Starter: Shrimps, mayo and union mix.
Main: Own caught Cod, asparagus with butteres cauliflower.
Dessert: white chocolate panna cotta with mango and passionfruit.
Lovely!!!!
