Amarone

Today it was time to live up to the x-mas gift Klasen got from us; a bottle of Amarone wine in combo with a Pernilla-made dinner.
Starter: My own semi dried tomatoes with Parma ham and parmesan.
Main: Angus steak with sweatpotatoes strips and three dips; bearnaise-, redwine- and bbq.
Dessert: ice-cream and raspberries.
I love to spend time in the kitchen preparing nice dinner when I get to do it without stress and interruptions from kids and husband. So you understand that I hardly ever get to do this. But time will come!

And notice the painting my mum did to Daniel's last birthday that now are decorating the wall in out livingroom!
