Autumn at its best

All different colour on the trees, crystal air and 20 degrees isn't hard to live with. Today was that day! Just couldn't get enough of being outdoor.
I started the day with a 13,5km racing competition "Kastbergaloppet". First time I've been for a run since awful 30km in Stockholm. But today went well, ended up on 3rd place and best of the women!
While I was running the boys walked Kevin to his scout meeting.
After lunch I took the kids to the playground where we had a lot of fun. In the meantime Daniel painted our new Japanese gate in our garden.
In the afternoon family Adolfsson came by. We had a nice evening together with very nice BBQ, wine and candy!!
