Rollerskis



The 90 km long cross-country race "Vasaloppet" is getting closer and closer and our winter has never been this mild and snow seems very far away. So the only other way to try to get in shape for this race is by roller skiing. Aiming for at least 30km per week, special Vasalopps-program at the gym, cardio workout and healthy food I'm doing my best to make this challenge as less painful as possible. Today, Friday the 13th, wasn't my best practise if I say the least. Fell with my roller skis resulted in blood on most of my knuckles and bruised knee and hip! But hey - What doesn't kill you make you stronger?!!
