Surprise for grandma in Helsingör 7nov

Klas had planned a whole days activity to surprise and celebrate grandma's birthday.
Mum was told to get ready for a while day somewhere and to dress warm. She guessed Copenhagen. But instead family Berg met up on the bus and Klas children Thomas and Linda met up on the trainstation in Lund. And of to Helsingör we went to have a great day together. Visiting a pub, shopping and the best ribs every at Rib House restaurant. Can warmly recommend this place!
Greatful for this day together. Thank you very much!

Sunday with energy 15nov

A Sunday with too much energy......make a fruitbowl,  book a date with
people you love, get your bike out and meet up at an outdoor gym and let
everyone have a go for hours.

Making candles 15 nov

Second year in a row I spent hours making candles with Daniels mum and Daniels brothers wife at the cozy Hallongården. It was again a generous gift from Daniels mum.
It's so much fun. No kids, quiet, fantastic coffeebreak with scones and you get to be creative. Love it.

Best breakfast with best friends

Traditionally this time on the year my best friends and I meet early one day of one weekend to be the first visitors starting the superb breakfast at Grand Hotel in Lund. Outstanding breakfast and the best way to celebrate all our birthdays which is all within 2 month.

In the afternoon I went with the kids to the Activity Park to kick ass with their kickbikes. Today they also went nuts on the military track. Always lots of fun. But I do hope it's OK for mum's to also give it a go one day. Coz it's veeeery tempting and I know I won't be able to stay on the bench for much longer.

Surprisingly grandma and Klasen asked if they could have the kids tonight until tomorrow morning without any reason. We thought for a second to go to a sportsbar to watch NZ rugby world games semi final, but decidedly to stay at home and try to find some energy. Can't remember last time we could eat or dinner without constant stress from the kids or even just be able to watch something on TV without interruptions. Wow, was this how it felt?!
Watching All Blacks play brings back so much memories to my time in NZ. Miss the place and people so very much.

Boys-Fishing-Weekend

  

For several month Kevin and Daniel have been counting down for this weekend when they can have their boys-fishing-weekend on their own. On Saturday they were of to Bondemölla to socialise and have dinner together with other friends and family and prepare for early morning fishingstart on Sunday.
Already before 4am Daniel heard Kevin asking if it was time to go fishing soon. Eeee. .....no not quot yet. Alarm was set to 6am so still 2 hours to sleep. But to be 100% ready Kevin got dressed at 4am and went to bed again. At 6 he got up and away he went. And it paid off course he got the first fish if the day. Then a second and a third came soon after.
If we thought he was talking allot about fishing before. ....I'm not sure we can expect it to get any calmer. But it's ok as the whole family loves fishing.

Kåveröd

 

With our sleepingbags we went to Kåveröds  lake and it's windshed right by the lake for a weekend together with Madde, Robin and their kids.
4 degrees at night and crispy air.
Such a nice break from the daily stress and musts.

Meat tasting

 

Thanks to grandma from Malmö who spent some hours with the kids it was possible to surprise Daniel with an evening of Meat Tasting at a local shop/restaurant in Kävlinge. Mainly beef but also lamb was the subject of the evening. Such a great night. Fantastic food and we learned heaps how to make sure you get the best quality meat and therefore also more likely get the best tasting meat for dinner.
