Sunflower

Our sunflower in our garden are so very beautiful at the moment. Might even have to get a canvas out of this picture of them to decorate our wall at home.

Quality time x2

Oliver with grandma and grandpa in Malmö and Kevin with grandma in Lund. Both having a fantastic day and both staying the night. So mum and dad got to eat at a restaurant with Sofie and Rickard. Nice and calm!

Oliver quality time with grandma and Klasen

Oliver finally got the privilege to spend a day and one night with grandma and Klasen - on his own!! Without brother or parents. He was so proud.
Swam in their pool, took both bus and train to Lund for lunch before back home where he wished for (and got) spaghetti bolognese. One little pleased boy will be sleeping with a smile on his face tonight!
Kevin also got quality time without little brother around. He got to help dad clean the camper van. As he's so small he got the roof to wash. Kevin love to help out and are always willing to work hard if he get full attention. He also had friends around most afternoon. One friend came along for dinner at local restaurant.

Extreme heat

 

Even if we've had fantastic weather all Summer so far, today was extreme. The heat made even me prefer to be inside.
Checked out from Röstånga Camping after breakfast to come home and wash, water grass and plants, grocery shopping and do a treatment to get softest feet ever. Not even we could resist to fall for this so very commercial product which takes 90min and promise you baby feet after 10 days. Let's wait and see!

Röstånga Camping

Couple of sunny days with visit by grandpa and Phuong who can with wonderful marinated duck which we BBQed. Then Daniels brother with girlfriend came by one day. Malin and Jordy has also joined us with borrowed camper van. Big happy family! ;-)
Much time spent by the pool. Maybe a little too much as last night had to be spent sleeping siting up with Kevin as his ears was extremely sore.
Some hours here and there are also spent on physical training. Fantastic running tracks in the forest starting just across the street from the camp site together with awesome training freaks/friends makes a great combination!!

Röstånga Camping

Another sunny day in camping spirit! Many hours by the pools and slide. Grandma and grandpa from Malmo visited and was very patient fishing with the boys. But not even if they stayed focused until dawn they got the big one. Many smaller ones though.
Running in the forest, thai boxing and some power training before bedtime!!

Röstånga Camping

New camping today. 60min from leaving home we were installed and ready at our next camp site. Very handy when camping close to home. And the surrounding we get here is incredible. With the extreme heat we had today we spent most of the day by the pools. A short stroll to the market and then just cruised around the camping area for the rest of the tropical evening.

Home sweat home

Home to unpack, wash and to pack it all again for departure tomorrow;-)
Managed to get pushed in the pool in Furulund! Nice and cooling before dinner with great ear support to keep the constant chat from our boys out. Good idea Klasen!!! I'm sure you'll keep them close by as you seem to enjoy family Berg's company more and and more!
I also got the advantage to come along on a drive in a brand new VW which my friend won this Spring!!

Torekov Camping

Amazing weather!! Relaxing and sun bathing on our last full day here on this beautiful Bjäre peninsula.

Fresh breadrolls and breakfast outdoor with Bentsen and Adolfsson.
Girls did some boxing training in the sun while the men prepared lunch. After lunch we did Torekov Harbour Festival!!
Dinner and great visit by the Jovinge couple!

Early knock on our camper van door = Sofie and Rickard with bread rolls for breakfast. Great surprise!!! Had a good day together where we didn't get up to much.

Adolfsson joined up. Nice evening with allot of happy people!!

Grandma and Klasen surprised us by visiting us today. Nice coffee break, crab fishing followed by a stroll down to the little local cozy harbour where we enjoyed the view before ice-cream and grocery shopping.
Swim and sun bathing with the kids before dinner and very relaxing sauna (without kids).

Fantastic camping here in Torekov. And to the kids excitement many crabs wanting the shrimp on the fishing hock. If it wasn't because we need to eat and to spend some time with family Bentsen who has also joined with their camper van, Kevin and Oliver would be fishing crabs for hours!

Concert

Gyllene Tider in Malmo a tropical warm summer day together with good friends! First drinks and food at sports bar O'Leary's followed by a very good concert by Per Gessle. A lousy singer before was quickly forgotten when Gessle sang one old classic song after the other which thousands and thousands in the audience sang every word of. Thanks for tonight Vivvi and Mikey.

Without kids

Morning with the kids together with Adolfsson's.
Then Sofie picked up the kids to have them until tomorrow night. Kids were excited and so were we! Time without the kids is very rare and can be missed. We did things around the house, then had shrimps on the beach in Lomma before dinner in Lund followed by movie Lone Ranger.

Tropical

Tropical heat so what else to do but install a water slide that the boys and some friends has lots of fun with. Then of to Klasen to help him with his wooden deck while the rest of the family cooled down in their pool.
Kevin had Julia over for the night. Candy, movie and closed door! Hmmm.....

Malmö

All day in Malmo. First the beach with minigolf tournament which Daniel won. Then delicious BBQ a la Vietman in grandpa and Phuongs garden.

All day by the beach with bbq at Ann and Tobbe's place for dinner. Can't get much better then this!

Rhubarb and wild strawberry pie

For the kids

Good sleep in followed by some sibling fight followed by a bike ride to Furulund playground with Adolfssons. Rounded of with ice-cream at Carolas Cafe.
Bbq dinner in Vikhög w Adolfssons. Daniel stayed at home with fever. And when a man is sick he's really sick!

Horses

Even if they didn't promise nice weather we went to the beach. Got some fantastic hours with sun, bbq and happy kids.
Strawberries, ice cream and a ride on the horses at Jakobsson's ranch before of to Johanna's 24th birthday party in Furulund. Happy birthday Johanna!!
