Walpurgis Night

I had a day of work to be with the kids today. Early start as always. Walked to the river before continue to Klasen's parents for some crackers with butter and a cup of coffee. Nice to get warm again before walking back home.
Kids joined me to the physiotherapist where I learn how to walk and run so in the future I can say goodbye to my neck pain.
The boys then choose ten new colourful fishes for our aquarium at the local animal shop.
Mira and Max came and played in the afternoon.
After dinner it was time for Kevin to join his scout friend who was responsible for lighting the bonfire at the local Walpurgis Night ceremony. A very proud Kevin (with one tooth less in his mouth!!) was the first one to start the fire!!!

Garden day

Wonderful day with weather that allowed us to be outdoor all day fixing bits and pieces in our garden. Boys are very helpful.
Being interrupted by grandma and Klasen who came with muffins and soccer shoes for Kevin and sneakers for Oliver was a very nice way of rounding of.
BBQ dinner with Micke and Åsa and Lisa in the evening was as always a great night.

Flowers

To arrive home to these beautiful flowers does help a tough period to feel a little less dark.

Luzy's

Lazy Friday at Luzy's Restaurant after shopping soccer gear for Kevin. Then back home to try a new rose wine which was ok.

Swim

My cousin Sofie and her boyfriend asked if they could pick up Kevin and take him to the renovated swimming pool in Lund. No doubt Kevin would love that, so of course they could!
I took Oliver to the local swimming pool so that he also got his quality time today.
A very nice evening with very happy kids.
And our spinach, beetroot and zucchini is growing well!

Uncle Daniel

Congratulations Sara and Micke to a healthy baby boy who was in a hurry to see the world four weeks earlier then expected! His uncle is very proud.

Sunny Sunday

Daniel gone fishing and kids and myself have been enjoying the sunny weather by hanging around Ericsson's. Catching up with the wonderful Västervik people.
Agility and BBQed fresh fish for dinner with Persson's and our neighbour.
Kevin's mission at the moment is to pull his loose tooth out!

Surprise party

When we woke up this morning there was fresh bread from the bakery outside the window. Klasen had been so kind and got some for us. Thank you very much!
Then we went to Möller's for brunch and play. Nice to see their house and their new baby.

Pre drink at our place before heading to Emil's 40th surprise party. About 70 people have known about this for month and pretty cool it could be kept a secret. He couldn't stop smiling and it was a pleasure being part of this surprise party.

Pappis

Finally end of another tough week at work.
We decided to cut the last apple tree when we got home and then go straight to restaurant Pappis. This is our Friday!

Good friends

When I arrived home there was a gift and a card with Pernilla written on it. What?
Family Ericsson congratulated me for keeping my job. Amazing when someone outside the closest family highlight and make my job situation something special. I'm very happy and proud and extremely grateful. Thank you so much family Ericsson!

Kevin's first soccer practise

Good thing when trying to clean out the winter is that there is a leaf heaven to slide in to!

Bird house

After spending the morning in the forest and picking up our camper van we had dinner with grandma and Klasen. Klasen built bird houses together with the kids. Very appreciated and fun. Then we had nice spare ribs and wine! Thanks for spoiling us tonight!!

Birthday party

Today it was finally time for Kevin and Almas birthday party together. 20 friends, pizza, popcorn, candy and sunniest day in a very long time made it a very successful party. Kevin was very pleased, and that's what matters.
We had wonderful family Bendsen for a different Sunday BBQ dinner.

Friday with mum

Friday at home with mum involve fighting the weather and be outdoor even if it was raining and a very grey day. We also spend some time around the kitchen table as you can see on the pictures.

Leo's funhouse

Granddad asked earlier this week if he could borrow our little boys to take to the Leo's funhouse. They were not hard to convince!
While they worked out at Leo's me and Daniel went for a run in the park of Pildammarna.
Then we met up for a nice dinner where we ate the fish from yesterday.
A very nice Sunday! Thanks granddad for wanting to play with the kids for a couple of hours. Hope you're not too tired;-)

Fishing

I wish we had fishing on the agenda for the kids every morning. No fights, no crying and everything just went extremely smooth. Can't remember last time that happened.
Daniel and the kids went to Malmo to meet up with grandparents for some hours fishing while I stayed home to clean the house and get some rest.
Family Henberg-Johnsson joined us for dinner. Always nice to catch up. Many laughs and maybe to much wine;-) But very nice to spend time with this happy family. And yes, there might be some new challenges coming up. Marathon or another Vasalopp!?

BBQ for dinner

Colleagues are starting to get the notice of their Pergo future to be or not to be. So job environment could be more inspiring. Tomorrow we hope my department will get information about our destiny.

Outside Pergo the sun is shining even if it's still very chilly. But Daniel, the Viking, decided to have BBQ for dinner. Very good choice as BBQ is always appreciated by all Berg members!

We biked to family Hansson's tonight to help them with their choice of Pergo floor.

I got the picture of Oliver and Håkan from Lena via sms today. Liked it and are therefore sharing it here as well. Those two will no doubt create lots of trouble this summer!!;-)

With dear friends

Some days it's not fun at all being a parent. Today was one of those days! The fights, constant noise, not listening and the extreme unthankfulness drives me mad. Thank God it's working day tomorrow;-)
Our plan to spend the day in the forest with dear friends saved our day.
And thanks to fam Bendsen for inviting us over for dinner at night. Always relaxing to spend time with you.
