New haircut!!!

With grandma it's not unlikely that there is artwork being created. The boys were very proud of their creation today. And no wonder, it was some very nice pictures!! Now we don't have to think about what artwork to have in our new bedroom.

Sleeping together

Kevin scared the hell out of me this morning when I couldn't find him in his bed. I searched around the house. I hadn't heard him go up. Eventually I had to check for Oliver just in case....and there they were - both of them!! Sound asleep. Seem to be sleeping calmer than I've ever seen them. Normally I don't have to wake them up. But today it doesn't seem to matter what noise I make in the kitchen, there's still no sign of life!!

Our building project

Step by step our building project at home gets closer and closer to where we want. Here granddad in action as he's responsible for the electricity.

Why did this Sunday have to end?

Today was another fantastic sunny day. Started at Röstånga where it was time to pack up and prepare for going back home. Hanged around the camping for as long as possible. Nore kids or parents wanted to leave.
Went home and started to wash and unpack at the same time as trimming the edges in the garden. Then we went to grandma and Klasen for a cooling swim in the pool and nice dinner out on the deck in the sun. Always very nice food!
Got home, kids in bed, continue to do some washing, did some planning of spotlights in our new room which is about to be built and then rounded of the evening with some Combat training.

More Röstånga

We're all loving the life of camping. A weekend away in the middle of a very hectic period of the year for us, this is just what we needed! For a moment we can actually forget about everything that should have been done and that would have been nice to get done. But I'm sure no one will do it for us, so that can wait until we're loaded with some more energy!

Röstånga camping

Weekend with friends at Röstånga camping. Very nice camping and tonight we BBQed and enjoyed nice red wine until way to late!!

Day with mum

Oliver made sure to get most out of the day by waking us up at 4.30am.
Went to buy outdoor paint since there was a big sale at the local shop. Then went to pick up their passports. Here we enjoyed an ice cream in the middle of square in Eslöv.
 

Fab Thursday

Fantastic Thursday dinner at Ericssons in bright sunshine, nice food, happy kids and liquor with the coffee. Not much else to ask for tonight!!

Biking friends

My friend and motivator for the upcoming 300km bike race here before the almost 70km practice tour this weekday. Thanks for a great ride today!

Fabulous Sunday

 

Finally a sunny and warm day with true Summer feeling!
Breakfast and chilling by the pool at grandma and Klasens place. Then Kevin went to his friends birthday party while the rest of us prepared for the afternoon picnic with the Jakobssons. When Kevin joined us we went away with pasta salad, banana cake, coffee and of course two horses!! What a perfect way of enjoying this beautiful Sunday!

Last day at the gym

 

 

Today was the last session at the gym for the kids gymnastic. We had great fun and we're already looking forward to the start after summer. Daniel was good and did weight training while we had the class.
After lunch the kids came with mum in to granddad in Malmo while mum went on the new Body Combat release at a gym near by. When we got back home we got home to served dinner a la Daniel and again the greatest family Adolfsson. Later even family Sassarsson joined in time for dessert and Champion League soccer final.

Day home with dad

A day home with dad! Breakfast with family Adolfsson where Daniel had to make some emergency rescue of their new master bathroom which a company had just filled the floor with new concrete....but way too much. So a couple of buckets had to be carried out of there before it got to hard to handle.
Then they went to Eslöv to get new passports for all the boys in the family.
For dinner we went back to the Adolfssons for a spontaneous bbq. Kids played really well, and this is how tired Oliver was after dinner.

Day off

Thanks to crappy weather we got lots done around home and took time to be social. Both inside and outdoor is now cleaned. Two rounds to the recycling station. Playdate with Malin and Hampus, then with Mikael,Sofie and Nea. Rounded of the evening with a nice bike ride to the train station to pick up mums bike.

Tired boys

This is what Oliver and dad did when Kevin and I went to buy bread at the bakery and something to BBQ later today if the weather allows.

Biking

 

Kevin is so good at biking now that we dared to take the whole family for a 3 km bike ride up to our dear friends Mariette and Bengt with kids. Kevin did so well!!

Haircut

 

 

All boys, small and big got a very needed haircut this Sunday by grandma. We came with bread rolls straight from the bakery. Enjoyed a nice breakfast together before trimming the hair!

Berlin

 

 

I went to Berlin for 2 days to educate the girl who manage the Customer Care for Dach region. Stayed at a very flash music inspired hotel with very strange interiors and a veeery pink room! It was two very long days, but it went really well and the sightseeing in the afternoon and the glass of wine at the beach bar was very enjoyable and appreciated. But as always it's nice to travel, but also nice to be back home.

Coffeebreak with Perssons!

 

Went to Perssons after lunch for a nice coffee break. Thanks for coffee, cookies, chat and play!
I went back home with my little boys and made a very nice and little fancy dinner. Got great help from two mini chiefs! And they ate like I rarely see; quiet, sitting still and without major fights! Had a calm and relaxing evening with my princes. Watched The Smurfs, took a bath and Kevin were allowed to fall asleep on the sofa.
Congratulate to Daniel for a fantastic half marathon result: 1.57
His goal was 2 hours so his training and weight loss has really paid of. Whole family is very proud of you!!

Daniel's Gothenburg Marathon

 

 

 

Daniel left very motivated for Gothenburg half marathon this morning. We wished him luck and spent the morning with granddad who came to play with Oliver and Kevin while I was teaching a running class from the gym. They had great time outdoor jumping in the water ponds and looking for insects. Thanks granddad for always being helpful and being such fun playmate to the boys.
